Day 2 in the Bakery Kitchen and all that flour in production is making me sneeze a lot. I finally got to use the biggest mixer in the kitchen bahahaha and got my Masala Kulcha recipe that I’ve been wanting since APRIL.
I’m so fascinated with the technology in the kitchen! We use massive amounts of flour per recipe (almost 100kg each) so we use this machine to suck up all the flour from the basement to the third floor and then dispense! And that’s only one of the many machines in the Bakery! Hahaha, so exciting wtf. (at SATS Inflight Catering Centre 2)
